Refund Policy

Your first month

If the membership isn’t right for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll refund it in full. No explanation needed.

After that

Membership renews monthly at $22 USD per month. You can cancel any time and won’t be charged again. We don’t generally refund past months, since you had access during them — but if you were charged by mistake, or something went wrong on our end, write to us and we’ll make it right.

How to cancel

Sign in and open your account, then choose cancel. It takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
