These terms govern your use of sunshinesoulstice.com, operated by Sunshine Soulstice LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

What membership includes

Membership gives you personal, non-transferable access to the member library: video practice, audio, and written work. Membership is $22 USD per month, billed monthly until you cancel.

Billing and cancellation

Your card is charged when you join and on the same date each month after. You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your account

Keep your sign-in link private. Membership is for one person. Sharing access, redistributing the material, or reposting it publicly ends the membership without refund.

Wellbeing and medical disclaimer

Somatic practice, movement, and breath work are offered here for general wellbeing and reflection. They are not medical care, therapy, or psychological treatment, and nothing here diagnoses or treats any condition. Talk to a qualified professional before beginning, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or managing a medical or mental-health condition. Work at your own pace and stop if something hurts.

Ownership

All photographs, writing, audio, and video remain the property of Sunshine Soulstice LLC. Your membership is a licence to view, not a transfer of ownership.

Changes

We may update these terms or the price. If the price changes, existing members are told by email at least 30 days beforehand and may cancel before it takes effect.
