Sometimes all we need is love. Actually, it’s ALWAYS what we need. .

No matter what you’re going through, compassion is the MAIN ingredient that will transform your experience. She is Love in ACTION. .

Allow me to introduce you to compassion: She is fierce, unapologetic, honoring, connected and free to all of us - THROUGH US. She has no agenda, only love. So when I say LOVE is all we need…that’s exactly what I mean. .

Unlearning what we think love is and allowing ourselves to receive endless amounts of it takes growing our capacity to feel. It takes engaging in experiences that honor who we are and where we’re at in our journey. .

It takes sharing your truth with a true friend. It takes being honest with people that have the capacity to honor how you feel. .

Doing this is undeniably the only thing that has healed me and grown my capacity to feel compassion for myself and others. .

In my darkest hours, the ONE thing that has lifted me is being vulnerable and loved by another. .

This is all I am here to do. Be True {Honest}, Connect, and Love. This is living in TRUE FREEDOM. .

We cannot elevate our lives without connecting to Love. I have found that in order to experience Love, you have to GIVE. Give yourself up. Get real…and go towards the people and places that will champion you. .

Love doesn’t appear by trying to get something, it’s simply there when we are…when we show up…when we get real with how we feel and SHARE it. .
